EVENT PASS & MERCHANDISE


OBJECTIVE
To design a logo, landing page, event pass, and merchandise kit for a concert tour at the Danforth Music Hall, including a custom-die event pass and a full-colour t-shirt design.
PROCESS
The alien theme guided the design, channelling quirky, stylistic alien art. Typography was crafted with clarity, prioritizing key information for readability. A custom die-cut was made around a saucer shape, strategically positioned to allow for easy lanyard attachment. To create a flow through the design, I added a trail of circles that grew in size, leading the viewer’s eye from the top saucer down to a playful element at the bottom. The event pass was paired with a QR code linking to the landing page, completing the user journey.
The final design was a successful mix of functionality and fun, engaging concertgoers and aligning with the quirky alien theme, while driving traffic through the QR code. It effectively balanced the promotional goals and aesthetic.

EVENT LANDING PAGE

OBJECTIVE
To promote and drive ticket sales for an event through a branded and engaging landing page.
PROCESS
I ensured the landing page aligned seamlessly with the event’s established branding, using my own thematically appropriate photography for the hero image to create a cohesive visual narrative. Typography choices emphasized clarity and readability, and careful attention was paid to contrast for accessibility. Graphic elements guided users through the page, telling a story and enhancing engagement as they scrolled. The design prioritized user experience, ensuring the path to booking tickets was intuitive and enjoyable.
The landing page successfully streamlined the ticket purchasing process while captivating visitors, with ticket sales tracked to measure performance.
