OBJECTIVE
To design and produce personalized name badges, tent cards, and letterhead for SOLGEN’s 2024 Deputy Superintendent Symposium, hosted by the western region for the first time.
PROCESS
I focused on professionalism, clarity, and functionality, creating clean layouts that prioritized attendee names. Inspired by the logo’s half-circle, I enclosed it in a coloured circle for emphasis and used a horizontal stroke to separate names from titles and locations, enhancing hierarchy.
After presenting three tent card designs, followed by revisions to finalize colours. I adapted the design to badges and letterhead, ensuring consistency and accommodating long names. Using data merge, I produced personalized materials for the attendees, resolving data inconsistencies and communication delays.
The result received widespread positive feedback, elevating attendee experience and SOLGEN’s professional image.
